E-MAG’s Maintenance/Repair Option
E-MAG enjoys a reputation for exceptional customer care and product support far beyond the official one year warranty term. It’s been an essential ingredient of our success. Serial numbers are now approaching 8,700 and our earliest units are nearing the fourteen year mark. When equipment finally needs service we offer a “Flat Fee Check-Up” for 113 and 114 series ignitions. Standard rates for shop labor ($85/hr) and parts for even a minor repair can easily exceed this amount.
Flat Fee Check-Up – $325
- Easy to understand. Covers all parts that require replacement (excluding circuit board). This service does not replace all mechanical parts – only those that need to be replaced.
- Easy to budget.
- Easy to compare/contrast with magneto (or other competitor) service fees
Prop Strike Service – $425
- Replacement of all mechanical wear parts – regardless of apparent condition.
